Someone pinch me quick!

It might not sound like a big deal to you, but having my photos used for a re-brand of a well-known global brand like Thrifty Car Rental is something I am really proud of.

I’ve worked in the marketing space for a few years now, and if there’s one thing it has taught me it’s how important your brand is for your business. You are your brand, your brand needs to be trusted, and you don’t get there without good employees who go out of their way to eat, sleep and breath your values.

Natural photos are my absolute favourite, especially when you’re trying to capture the feeling of someone’s personality aka their brand. Sometimes it takes a while to get the right shot because the person in front of your lens is nervous, or they don’t like the camera. And that’s OK because I have a LOT of patience when it comes to getting the right shot.

In this case, I was lucky to be working with such cool, calm and collected superstars. And I can’t praise the Thrifty team enough for being open to direction and working together to get the job done.
